Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh on Tuesday complimented Police, Central Armed Police Force and Army for maintaining peace in the valley. He also informed the restrictions are eased including the Internet and the situation is fully normal in both regions of Kashmir and Jammu but under close watch.
