The Rupee continued to slide as on Friday it dropped seven paise at 74.58 in opening trade on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit remained under pressure owing to strong dollar against other world currencies amid negative equity market in opening session, dealers added.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 74.55 and 74.62respectively.
