Councilor Nyoma, Ishey Spalzang called on Lieutenant Governor R K Mathur on Wednesday. The Councilor made various requests pertaining to the development of Changthang.
He also highlighted the need for strengthening border tourism, issuance of ALC certificate, expansion of tele-connectivity and other infra related matters were suggested.
