Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir’s Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday launched the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign by distributing the tricolor at the Raj Bhavan in Srinagar. During this he remembered the brave martyrs and free fighters. He also appealed to the people to participate in the nectar festival of freedom.
Further, LG Manoj Sinha said that the national flag of India is a symbol of pride, peace and also a symbol of bravery, peace and sacrifice of the country. This flag has been a symbol of the hopes and dreams of our citizens for the last 75 years. And guiding and leading us to a glorious future. He said that from August 13 to 15, by joining the Tricolor campaign at Har Ghar, everyone should participate in the ‘Azadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav’ by hoisting the tricolor at their respective homes.
