Only green crackers allowed for sale and use during festivals: J&K govt
The Jammu and Kashmir government has allowed the sale and use of only green crackers during Diwali and other festivals, Media reported citing the Valley government. Green crackers can be burst between 8 to 10pm in the Valley.
