In terms of order dated 29.08.2022, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 4-Collector Land Acquisition (SDM, Karnah), was granted three weeks’ to place on record copy of award but the needful has not been done.
Two weeks further time is granted to the respondents to do the needful as directed in terms of order dated 29.08.2022, failing which, Respondent No. 4-Collector Land Acquisition (SDM, Karnah), shall appear in person before the Court on the next date of hearing.
