Statement with Cross Town News reads “Div Com Jammu Ramesh Kumar, DIG-DKR, DC & SSP Kishtwar on Friday night trekked 14 kms and reached Chug village of Gandhari Paddar in Kishtwar district, where massive fire blaze had damaged over one dozen houses.
He reviewed situation, interacted with affected families.
The Div Com handed over ex gratia amounts to victims and provided immediate relief material to 23 affected families. He assured them every support from the UT administration.”
