Sources told News Agency that most likely Officer to be picked from existing IAS Officers in J&K.
Sources further told News Agency that in past in few States in India , IPS Officers have also been picked up as Principal Secretary to Chief Ministers, recently in Punjab, whether happens in J&K , has to be seen.
