Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) decreased from 20 to 17 in Jammu and Kahsmir in a single year.
Official said “As revealed in the Sample Registration System (SRS) 2020-22 (survey period), UT of Jammu & Kashmir has registered considerable improvement in various health indicators including Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) during the last year.
The IMR has decreased from 20 to 17 in a single year.”
