Approves 10 cases of different nature under SDRF in DDMA meetingKISHTWAR APRIL 28: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Sham Lal today took a detailed review of the physical and financial status of ongoing works under 14th FC, B2V3 at a meeting of officers of Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj held here in his office Chamber.The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Panchayat Zakir Hussain Wani, Assistant Commissioner Development Atul Dutt Sharma,District Panchayat Officer Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal besides the BDOs.At the outset, the chair was apprised about panchayat-wise and work-wise status of works undertaken in 14th FC and B2V3 in the district.The ADDC laid special thrust on the timely physical and financial completion of the works and asked the BDOs to conduct extensive field visits for on spot appraisal and expeditious completion of the works. He asked the ACP and ACD Kishtwar to share the Panchayat-wise and work-wise progress to his office on a daily basis.Further, the ACD Kishtwar was asked to submit the Performance Appraisal Report of the MGNREGA staff by May 2, 2022 in prescribed format so that it is submitted before the Committee constituted by meeting for further action.Meanwhile, the District Disaster Management Authority cleared 10 cases after proper examination and verification by the members at a meeting chaired by the ADDC, who is also Nodal officer SDRF. The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Kishori Lal Sharma, SDM Chatroo Inderjeet Singh Parihar,SDM Paddar Varunjeet Singh Charak, concerned Tehsildars, AO DC office , Kishtwar Imran Ahmed Kichloo,XEns besides others.
