Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill’s father Santok Singh Sukh, who had recently joined the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), was shot at by two unidentified armed men late on Saturday (December 25) evening. According to reports, the incident took place while he was returning home from Amritsar.
On Saturday around 8:30 pm, two men on a bike fired at Santok Singh Sukh while he was heading back from an event. It was when the driver parked his car near a dhaba for a washroom break, on their way. He was sitting alone in the car when the two men came near and fired at him.
Reports suggest that Santok Singh Sukh’s gunmen came to his rescue. But the two men fled away and couldn’t be captured. According to a few reports, his security threw bricks at the men too.
Santok Singh filed a complaint in the nearby police station soon after the incident took place. The police is still investigating the matter.
Santok Singh Sukh escaped unhurt in the firing.
Meanwhile, Shehnaaz Gill has been keeping away from social media ever since the sudden shocking demise of her close friend Sidharth Shukla. She has kept herself busy with work. Recently she grabbed eyes after she featured on the poster of a renowned international show.
A day ago, Shehnaaz also attended the engagement party of her manager. Several pictures of the actress from the event have been floating around on social media.
